This 8-day caravan departs from the Atlantic coast at Agadir and journeys eastward through Morocco’s mountain kingdoms into the mysterious Sahara. You will traverse the High and Anti-Atlas ranges, encounter traditional Berber villages, cross rugged passes, visit kasbahs, roam palm-lined valleys, and spend nights under desert stars in camps. The pace balances adventurous travel and cultural immersion.

Itinerario

Depart Agadir at ~08:30 am. Drive via the Souss Valley; stop in Taroudant around midday for lunch and market visit. Continue toward Anti-Atlas villages; arrive ~16:30 at guesthouse. Dinner at ~19:30, overnight.

Breakfast ~07:30. Depart ~08:30 across mountain passes; scenic photo stops. Arrive in Aït Benhaddou by ~13:30; lunch & tour. Afternoon visit of kasbah, then drive to Ouarzazate by ~17:30. Dinner ~19:30.

Morning at ~08:00 visit movie studios or local kasbahs. After lunch ~13:00 drive toward the Valley of Roses; through Skoura, see Amridil Kasbah. Arrive Dades Gorge ~17:00. Sunset views; dinner ~19:30; night in gorge lodge / kasbah.

Early breakfast ~06:30 (to beat heat on roads). Depart ~07:30; cross through Todra Gorges around mid-morning. Lunch in mid-day. Reach Merzouga by ~15:30. Camel ride into dunes for sunset ~18:30. Dinner + overnight in desert camp.

Sunrise in dunes at ~06:00. Breakfast in camp ~08:00. Optional excursions: 4×4 desert tours, visit to nomad families, fossil hunting. Lunch ~12:30 in desert camp or nearby. Afternoon rest; sunset camel ride ~17:30. Dinner ~19:30. Overnight desert.

Breakfast ~07:00 then depart desert ~08:00. Drive through desert villages, passing Erfoud. Lunch ~12:30. Continue toward Midelt or similar mountainous foothill location; arrive ~17:00. Dinner ~19:30.

Breakfast ~07:30. Drive through Middle or High Atlas passes, stopping in Ifrane / Azrou if desired. Lunch ~12:30. Reach Marrakech (or Essaouira if you prefer coastal detour) by ~17:30. Dinner ~19:30. Optional evening medina walk.

Morning ~08:30 visit local markets / heritage sites. Depart around noon; drive back to Agadir arriving ~16:30-18:00 depending on route. Dinner or final farewell dinner ~19:30. End of tour.
