第1天 — 马拉喀什至达代斯山谷
翻越提奇卡山口，途经艾特本哈杜和瓦尔扎扎特，前往达代斯山谷。
第2天 — 达代斯至梅尔祖卡
途经托德拉峡谷、廷吉尔和埃尔富德，抵达位于谢比沙丘边缘的梅尔祖卡。
第3天 — 谢比沙丘
在梅尔祖卡周边度过完整的一天：骑骆驼进入沙丘，欣赏谢比沙丘的日落，并夜宿沙漠营地。
第4天 — 梅尔祖卡前往瓦尔扎扎特方向
经里萨尼，沿德拉或达代斯路线返回瓦尔扎扎特方向，途中过夜。
