The raid begins in Tizi does illissi (2603m), one follows the ridge, passing the Tizi n’Tsalli (2767m) and Tizi n’Tighrist (2629m) and then 30 km downhill to the valley of Ait Bouguemez (happy Valley).

After lunch at Zawyat Oulmzi, Berber villages the track continues to Ait Imi (2127m).
